You want to make sure that you see results from any workout but if you are like most women then you will probably be too judgmental too soon. A good rule of thumb is four weeks time to see significant results. If you are using a good program than you can very reasonably expect to lose ten pounds or more during this time period. You can’t follow it half ass. You need to be committed to it and everything that goes with it. For example, if it’s a boot camp workout and it tells you to workout three times a week and you only workout once or twice a week then don’t expect full results. If a program tells you to follow a certain nutrition plan and you don’t do that but you keep drinking a lot or eating the wrong foods that you know you should not, you can’t expect results. You have to have the right expectations compared to what you put into the program.

But think about the motivate you can get when you know that in just four weeks you can be at least ten pounds lighter. That is a great thought and that is significant weight loss too. So use that to really push yourself and imagine your body in just four weeks.
